Palm Bay Youth Soccer (PBYS)  is legally registered with the state of Florida in accordance with the law and is licensed with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture to solicit donations ( License #CH80665). Palm Bay Youth Soccer Inc. is also a federal registered 501c3, and a State of Florida Non-Profit organization.
